People in Progress is led by Jennifer Liston-Smith, MA(Oxon), MSc, FRSA
Jennifer brings over 20 years’ experience with major client organisations in consulting, training, coaching, writing and speaking. Prior to specialising in working parents & carers, Jennifer had extensive experience of consulting in wellbeing, providing leadership coaching and developing coaches as Associate Director of the Centre for Coaching, Executive Coach & Consultant at AXA ICAS and elsewhere, as well as directly through People in Progress.
Underpinning this, Jennifer has a long track record of professional development in coaching psychology and related fields, including:
Certified Principal Business Psychologist, Association for Business Psychology: ‘in recognition of attainment against the ABP Business Psychology Framework for knowledge, skills and experience of applying Business Psychology in organisations. Recognition reference: CPBP5498 2022
