Beyond the Policy: Supporting Carers and Families in the insurance industry

This session will explore the practical steps which can be taken within our industry to support those with enhanced responsibility. The aim of this event is to host a meaningful discussion on the topic of policy evolution, discussing best practice for policies such as equal paternity and maternity leave, neonatal care, baby loss and elder care. However, where this event differentiates is in exploring how changing a policy is only half the battle, we will explore beyond policy implementation to discuss how organisations can introduce a more inclusive culture, that normalises parental or other caring responsibilities.
